COVID-19 UPDATE:
During the COVID-19 pandemic, most of our clients are opting to have virtual meetings via FaceTime or Zoom. In fact, we can design / sign / witness / notarize documents entirely online so clients don't have to leave their homes to get their estate planning done.
We are also available for in-person meetings at any of our locations following strict safety protocols including face coverings, social distancing, hand sanitizer available, symptom screening prior to meeting, and frequently touched surfaces disinfected. We ask all in-person meeting participants to complete a Covid-19 Self-Assessment Screening prior to the meeting.

FOR PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS
The estate planning process can be a daunting process but we try to make it as easy and convenient for you as possible.
1. Contact us to receive an Information Packet (available on the FORMS page).
2. Contact us and talk to Michelle to schedule a no-cost meeting with Ted Kuczek. We'll send you a confirmation letter, map to the meeting location, and Information Checklist (available on the FORMS page).
3. At the initial meeting which usually lasts around 2 hours (if you are married, both spouses should attend the initial meeting), Ted will explain different estate planning options and how they pertain to your specific situation. He will quote a flat fee for each of the different options. Some of the documents include:
4. You can say "Yes," "No" or "I'll think about it" after the initial meeting. There is no cost or obligation for the initial meeting.
5. If you decide to proceed with us, we ask for 1/2 of the fee as a retainer and then we'll schedule a signing meeting (usually within two weeks) at which time the second 1/2 of the fee is due.
6. At the signing meeting, Danielle will review every page of every document with you so you understand everything. Then you will sign your papers and take the original documents home with you organized in a three-ring binder.
7. FOR TRUST CLIENTS - if you choose a trust, you will then work with Robert Brandt to make sure that your assets are properly titled and that the beneficiaries of your accounts are properly designated.
