PAYMENTS - regular
To make a payment for your trust fee, deed fee, meeting fee, annual updating fee, or any other regular invoice: You can pay by check - payable to "Kuczek & Associates" and mail it to: PO Box 208, Deerfield, IL 60015. Please put your invoice number in the Memo line to ensure your account is properly credited. You can pay by credit card - aim your smartphone at the "Credit Card payments" QR code or click on this secure Online Payment Form - Regular. Please note: there is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments (to avoid the surcharge, please pay by check, Venmo or Zelle) - scanning the QR code or clicking on the link will bring up a separate secure page Please put your invoice number in the Invoice # section ensure your account is properly credited. You can pay by Venmo - aim your smartphone camera at the Venmo QR code which will launch the Venmo app on your smartphone or go to @Theodore-Kuczek-208 in the Venmo app (5030 is the last 4 digits of the cell phone). - please do not select "Paying for a good or service" otherwise a 2% service fee will be assessed. Please put your invoice number in the "What's this for" section to ensure your account is properly credited. You can pay by Zelle - select Zelle in your banking app and "Send Money" to 847-561-5030 (which should come up as Ted and Cheryl Kuczek). Please put your invoice number in the "Memo" to ensure your account is properly credited. |
