VIDEO CONFERENCE OPTIONS
Please note: if you are having an initial meeting via video conference, please fill out and submit your Information Checklist online prior to the meeting (clicking link will open a new window).
Facetime:
Make sure the FaceTime app is installed on your Apple device. At the time of your meeting, we will initiate a FaceTime call to your cell phone number / email address.
Zoom Cloud Meetings:
Cell Phone / Tablet - Make sure the Zoom Cloud Meetings app is installed your device (you do not have to set-up an account). We will send you a link to click on at the time of your meeting. Click on the link in the email, then click "Call using Internet Audio." Or you can enter the Meeting ID and Password that we will provide you.
- if you don't see video, click on "start video" at the bottom of the screen.
- if you see "browser cannot open page because the address is invalid," the app isn't installed on your device.
Computer - You don't have to create an account or do anything in advance. We will send you a link to click on at the time of your meeting. Click on the link in the email, you will be prompted to "launch an application entitled "Zoom," click "open link," then enter your name for the video session and click "join meeting," click "join with video," then click "join with Computer Audio if prompted." Or you can enter the Meeting ID and Password that we will provide you.
- if you don't see video, click on "start video" at the bottom of the screen.
Telephone:
We can always have a old-fashioned phone conference at 847-940-7780. (Please note - we prefer to have initial meetings by via video conference because of charts and graphs that are created during the meeting.) We can schedule a conference call for multiple callers if necessary.
